The stay at Aranwa was excellent. The Deluxe Room was spacious, with comfortable amenities, making it a relaxing environment for my work trip. The hotel's location near the beach offered a stunning view, and the pool area, while slightly cool, was well-maintained and inviting. The breakfast buffet was diverse and included a variety of delicious options, contributing to a pleasant start to each day.

despite the pretty pools, the hot tub was OUT OF ORDER, how charming. And don’t even get me started on the rude staff! tatiana was a nightmare, completely dismissing my concerns for even a slight room change. I would have left a glowing review but just couldn’t with all these frustrations!

The best and worst parts

The breakfast buffet was exceptional , with delicious coffee and juices, while the staff's attentiveness made our experience delightful.

The room next door was too loud , and the ongoing renovations caused some disruption during our stay.

The room had an impressive ceiling height above 3 meters. The hotel needs minor repairs.

Good place with great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped me with my luggage during my first stay. I'm coming back for Easter!

I absolutely loved my stay! The pools were superb and the breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the fresh, delicious fruit. The only minor thing was some noise from adjacent rooms, but overall it's a wonderful experience!
